New iPAR-38 Intelligent LED Replacement Bulb and Trio Trac™ Produce
Pure Light Year After Year with Energy Savings of up to 80 Percent.
Deerfield Beach, FL (April 5, 2010) – Deerfield Beach, Florida-based MSi, leader in the manufacture of energy efficient LED retail accent, spot and flood lighting,
has announced its relationship with the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) nationally funded bond program. PACE bonds are small municipal bonds where the proceeds are loaned to commercial and residential property owners to finance energy retrofits. Property owners then repay their loans over 20 years via an annual assessment on their property tax bill.
PACE bond programs are endorsed by Alliance to Save Energy, Climate Communities, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Real Estate Roundtable, Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA), Stewards for Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), California Energy Commission, the American Institute of Architects and Polyiso Insulation Manufacturers Association (PIMA).
“We are proud to be associated with the PACE bond program,” said MSi managing partner Bruce Johnson. We are also happy to be among so many esteemed program supporters. It is our hope to soon be providing energy saving lighting to retailers and commercial builders across the United States via this wonderful program.”
Leveraging its LED expertise in collaboration with the leading optic developers and LED manufacturers globally. MSi recently launched the iPAR-38 intelligent LED replacement bulb and Trio Trac™ LED track light fixture. The new product offerings are capable of energy savings up to 80 percent.
The new MSi lights offer proprietary innovations such as Powerbandä Technology that allows for the adjustment of light output with the simple twist of a band. Proprietary Intelligent Communication allows individual bulbs to communicate such information on items such as manufacture, installation, hours of use and wattage settings. And, onboard power management that allows worldwide installation no matter what the voltage.
The new iPar38 exceeds the light output and zonal lumen of the halogen 75 watt in head-to-head testing, has a CBCP up to 18,000 yet consumes energy like a nitelite. It us dimmable, gives off virtually no heat and lasts for more than a decade burning at 12 hours a day. It can light the environment anywhere from 10' to 40' with clean, correct light.
